The remote support file allows Ascend Business Technology to remotely view your computer and assist you with any problems you may be having.
It does not compromise your network security in any way, shape, or form; it actually gets your computer to connect back to us. At that point in time we can then see your desktop and assist you remotely.
Using Remote Support
Run (or download and then run) ascendremotesupport.exe.
Select the appropriate connection option as instructed by the Ascend Business Technology staff member.

You can terminate the connection at any time by right-clicking in the icon and selecting “close”.
